You send a drawing, specification or physical sample.

Technical review
We check material, construction and manufacturability, and report back where adjustments make sense.

Quotation
We aim to reply within a maximum of seven days of receiving complete documents.

Prototype
Depending on the product, from approx. 7 days. The prototype is the basis for all further decisions.

Approval
You approve dimensions, species, finish and packaging. From then on the prototype is the reference.

Series production
Depending on product and volume, up to approx. 3 months. Repeat series run considerably faster.

Quality control
Checks at every processing stage, visual final inspection and photo documentation before dispatch.

What buyers ask before the first email
Yes. We work with CAD, DWG, DXF, STEP and PDF as well as physical samples. After the technical review we tell you specifically what is feasible and where adjustments make sense.
Yes. Depending on the product, minimum quantities range from 5 to 50 pieces. Small batches and first orders are explicitly part of our business model.
Yes. Haris Ćostović, Deputy Managing Director, speaks English and German and is your direct contact for international enquiries.
Yes. Private label, logo, customer-specific packaging, EAN, barcode and drop shipping to your end customers.
Yes. An NDA before technical documents are exchanged is standard practice and no problem for us.
Yes. A visit to Usora is possible at any time by arrangement, as is a factory acceptance or a third party inspection.
Do you want to sell the product under your own brand?
OEM means we manufacture to your drawing. Private label goes one step further — the same manufacturing, but with your brand on the product, neutral packaging and no reference to us towards your end customer.
