2. Character of the website: not an offer in the legal sense
This website presents our company and our manufacturing capabilities. All product, capacity and service information is non-binding information and expressly not a binding offer in the sense of contract law (invitatio ad offerendum).
A contract comes about solely through a separate, mutually confirmed agreement — as a rule through our written order confirmation after technical review of your documents. No contract can be concluded through this website.
3. Technical figures, capacities and tolerances
Information on dimensions, moisture content, minimum order quantities, monthly capacities, processing times and lead times consists of guide and experience values from our current production. They depend on species, moisture state, finishing build-up, workload and destination.
Binding dimensions, tolerances, quantities and dates are agreed exclusively per project and recorded in the order confirmation. Differences between the guide values stated here and the specific agreement do not give rise to any claim.
Solid wood is a natural material. Colour variation, grain pattern and knot appearance differ by nature and do not constitute a defect as long as they remain within the agreed grade.
4. Product characteristics and formal evidence
Product characteristics are binding only where they have been expressly agreed in the order confirmation. Descriptions on this website reflect our internal working procedures and do not constitute a warranty of quality in the legal sense.
If your project requires formal test evidence or certified material, please say so in the enquiry — we then clarify in advance what can be covered through an independent inspection body.
Responsibility for statutory labelling and conformity requirements in your target market remains with you as the party placing the product on the market, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Copyright and use of content
The content published on this website — text, photographs, graphics, design, source code and site structure — is protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require the prior written consent of DRVO DIZAJN d.o.o.
Permitted are: downloading and printing individual pages for your own non-commercial use, and linking to this website with attribution.
Some images on this website are illustrative, computer-generated depictions and do not in every case show our own production facilities. Where reference projects are shown, these are orders actually carried out.

Company and product names of third parties mentioned on this website — such as customer or machine manufacturer designations — are the property of their respective rights holders. They are named solely for reference and description and do not imply partnership, endorsement or approval by those companies unless expressly stated.

The content of this website has been prepared with the greatest care. We cannot however guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date.
For damage arising from the use or non-use of the information provided we are liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Where essential contractual obligations are breached we are also liable for ordinary negligence, limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Use of this website is governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from the use of this website is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of DRVO DIZAJN d.o.o.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which a natural person has their habitual residence remain unaffected. Contracts for manufacturing and supply are governed by the separately agreed terms, not by these terms of use.
12. Severability and changes
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
We may adapt these terms if the functionality of the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at the time applies.
