Finished product, your brand
We manufacture an agreed product that you bring to market under your own name. The fastest route to your own product line.
Your brand. Your product. Our manufacturing.
Solid wood products made to drawing, sample or specification for brands, retailers and B2B companies across Europe.
Many companies have a brand, a sales channel and a product idea — but no wood production of their own. That is exactly where we come in. You sell, we produce. On request we stay completely invisible to your end customer.

We manufacture an agreed product that you bring to market under your own name. The fastest route to your own product line.

The product is developed or adapted to your requirements: design, dimensions, material, finish and brand specifications.

We manufacture strictly to your drawing, construction or specification. If your documents are already complete, this is your entry point.
In practice these terms overlap. What matters is not the label but how far your documents already are — we clarify that in the first conversation. Already have complete technical drawings? → OEM Manufacturing
Private label here does not only mean large furniture. We produce small wooden articles in higher volumes just as readily as single large elements and complete project fit-outs.
Nine steps every private label project goes through here. Transparent, so you always know where you stand.
You send a drawing, sample, specification, a reference product or simply the dimensions you need.
We check material, dimensions, construction, manufacturability, quantities and finish — and report back where adjustments make sense.
Quotation by product, material, series, packaging and logistics. We aim to reply within a maximum of seven days.
Depending on the product, from approx. 7 days. The prototype is the basis for every further decision.
You review the sample or prototype and approve it. From then on it is the binding reference for the series.
Production to your specification, at consistent quality across the whole series.
As required: your logo, brand label, EAN, barcode, custom packaging, instructions — or deliberately neutral.
Checks at each production stage, photo documentation before dispatch, factory acceptance on request.
To you, to your distributor or by the agreed logistics model — including drop shipping to your end customers.
A product only becomes your product when everything around it fits. Depending on the project we support:
If you need a product with no reference to Drvo Dizajn at all, neutral production is available by agreement. For statutory labelling requirements in your target market you remain responsible as the entity placing the product on the market — what we can take on is agreed per project.
Building your own product line means handing your design to someone else. We would rather settle that point up front than afterwards.
For many brands the minimum order is the real barrier. If a supplier only starts at container volume, a product cannot be tested — only risked. With us a product line starts considerably smaller.

We accept one-off projects — but they are not the goal. What we look for are brands that reorder: same specification, plannable call-offs, over years.
Around 50 % of our business is already contract manufacturing for other companies, and around 90 % of our turnover comes from returning customers. The collaboration with KOINOR has run for about eight years; TAOASIS reorders at every new location.
For you that means reference samples are kept, colour tone and finish stay comparable across batches, and a follow-up order does not need a new round of coordination.

Established brands outsourcing capacity or extending an existing collection.
Retailers seeking a European production base for their own brand.
E-commerce companies with their own range and a need for drop shipping.

Plannable additions to an existing solid wood assortment.
Regional distribution under a proprietary or neutral label.
Repeatable concepts with reliable replenishment.

Designs that need a production partner rather than a joinery workshop.
Project-specific elements delivered with repeatable series quality.
Repeatable furnishing elements for many identical rooms.

A first series without an in-house factory or container-sized commitment.
Moving selected product groups out of an existing factory.
Niche solid wood products with a consistent look and quality level.
Colour, finish and feel can be matched to your product line. For running series we keep reference samples so later batches match.
Other species by project and availability. We process predominantly European oak sourced in Bosnia and Herzegovina; origin documentation is available on request where applicable.
Not cheap production. A workshop small enough to stay flexible and experienced enough to know what European buyers expect.
We do not claim to be always faster or cheaper than the Far East. What a shorter geographic distance does enable is a different way of working together.
Depending on project and destination. Bosnia and Herzegovina is not an EU member, so a customs procedure applies — handled by our transport partners.
Private label is only as good as the production behind it. These pages show what and how we actually produce.
Cutting, planing and moulding, gluing, calibrating and sanding — all in house.
Dimensional control, moisture, surface, photo documentation before dispatch.
FTL and LTL via established partners, EXW to DDP by agreement.
We manufacture a product that you sell under your own brand. You bring the brand, the sales channel and the customer relationship; we handle the engineering review, production, finish and packaging.
Yes. That is the core of this offer. Around half of our business is already contract manufacturing for other companies.
Yes. Neutral production and neutral packaging are available by agreement. Towards your end customer we do not appear at all.
Yes, and it is the fastest route to a firm quotation. After the technical review we tell you specifically what is feasible and where adjustments make sense.
CAD, DWG, DXF, STEP and PDF. We also work from a physical sample, an existing product or a written specification.
Yes. Small batches are explicitly part of our business model. A first order does not have to be a container load.
It depends on the product: table tops and shelving from 5 pieces, benches from 6, doors and acoustic panels from 10, picture frames and cutting boards from 50. For a bespoke product we set the quantity after the technical review — not every custom item is economical from 5 pieces.
Yes. Depending on the product from approx. 7 days after technical approval. The prototype then serves as the reference for the whole series.
Yes. Customer-specific packaging, neutral packaging or packaging to your specification are all possible.
Yes. Logo on the product, labels, EAN and barcode on the packaging and language-specific inserts are available by arrangement.
Yes. A non-disclosure agreement before you send us documents is standard practice and no problem for us.
Predominantly oak, walnut, beech and ash. Other species we assess per project, subject to availability.
Yes. We ship across Europe through established transport partners, with regular deliveries to the DACH region. Incoterms by agreement: EXW, FCA, DAP, DDP.
Yes. A visit to Usora is possible at any time by arrangement, as is a factory acceptance or a third party inspection.
In practice the two terms are often used interchangeably. Strictly speaking, white label means an existing product is sold unchanged under your brand, while private label means the product is adapted or developed specifically for your brand. We work both ways – from one of our existing models carrying your marking to a new development based on your drawing.
Send us the product type, an approximate quantity and — if you have one — your drawing. We review the manufacturing options and reply within a maximum of seven days. With an NDA first if you prefer.
Direct contact. Communication in English, German or Bosnian.
