What we make on a door
The leaf on its own or as a prepared element with frame — depending on how far you need the prefabrication to go.
Door leaves
Solid wood leaves in your dimensions, flat, panelled or as a slatted front.
Frames
Matching solid wood frames, on request from the same batch as the door so that colour tone and grain belong together.
Drilling and hardware preparation
Hinges, lock case and handle bore prepared to your specification.
Special sizes
Oversize and non-standard formats to drawing — the normal case in contract work.
Finishes
Raw, oiled, lacquered, stained or brushed, matched to the rest of the interior.
Private label
Neutral production, your labels and your packaging by agreement.

We currently hold no fire, acoustic or climate class certification for doors. If your project requires tested doors with formal evidence, please say so in the enquiry — that saves both sides time.
Four species, three grades

Grades: rustic, class 2 and class 3 – matched to the price level and the look of your end product.
Predominantly European oak sourced in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Origin documentation is available on request where it exists for the material in question.
Surfaces and finishing
You define the look, we reproduce it consistently across the whole series.

What buyers ask us
Yes. We work with CAD, DWG, DXF, STEP and PDF as well as with a physical sample. After the technical review we produce a prototype, then the series.
For doors it is 10 pieces. Capacity is around 60 doors per month, depending on version and finish.
Yes, on request as a matched set from the same batch. You can also order leaves only if the frames are already in place.
Yes, on a project basis. For the timber house for a customer in the Netherlands we made the windows and doors individually alongside the rest.
